Safe for the cast? Absolutely not. This breed is known for killing cats, rabbits and small animals.

http://www.omalmalamutes.com/omal/cats.htm
As the website says, if you introduce a baby malamute to a cat at a young age, it will most likely grow up to think of the cat as part of it's pack--but the dog has to be a young puppy still. Beyond that age, like at 3 years old, a malamute usually sees cats as food items or things to be killed. And it would depend on what type of "2 other dogs" you have. If they too are very territorial, you will have fights until the pecking order is established (and then there may be periodic fights as one challenges that order) or a weaker dog is killed. You are going to have to keep the 3 y.o. malamute separate from the other animals until everyone gets used to each other--which may take months. And it also depends a lot of how the malamute has been kept up until now--if he was in a pack with other dogs he may take to your dogs fairly quickly without too much trouble, especially if he was NOT an alpha in the old pack. Your dogs and cats will feel that this new dog is invading their territory so they will be very defensive and challenging to the new dog--and if he's dominate, he will kill those that do not get out of his way fast enough or submit to him.

My mom has one, the first time she brought it over to our house he killed one of our cats(it was Christmas morning). The cat just walked up to him and he looked at the cat, grabbed him and shook it to death before we could get him to stop.

He only likes female dogs and often tries to fight with males.

I would not bring any husky kinda dog into a house with cats, unless it's a puppy and can be raised to not kill cats.

Edit:
Unless he's been raised with cats and other dogs, it will NOT be safe to bring him into your house. He will not "warm up" to the cats... he will kill them without any warning.

The AM rescue where my mom got her dog from once had a male dog break out of his kennel and climb over a fence into another kennel where a female had puppies and killed all the puppies, and another dog was inside the house and saw a cat outside and broke through a triple pane glass door to kill the cat.

Phoenix is perfect, but I wonder how much off chain time her mum gets,as there's no runner for her. Also glad Phoenix doesn't live in a cage like her sisters the breeder kept. Even the single caged mals at our local breeders property have a area 3 times the area those girls are in. But your baby is adorable-is she "sable",sort of a light reddish colour?

You should take your dogs to meet the alaskan malamute in a nuetral place like a park and see how they act. You should also test him to see if he is cat safe.

the color on her coat is what we describe as "sobel", I think...

The chain attached to the mother is quite long, so I don't think she is bothered by it. And the sisters cage is integrated to the barn, so they have 3 times more area to run in inside. The breeder is in progress of expanding their property, so I'm not concerned tbh.
